Lash Out is a Cash only business. Credit Cards are taken only for late cancels and no shows. Your card will never be charged just for booking. Appointments under 2 hrs require 48 hrs notice for canceling. Appointments over 2 hours require a weeks notice. Late cancellation are billed 50% of the appointment total. Being 15 mins or more late without contacting Lash Out will be considered a late cancelation. No extra guests can be in the treatment room. Please leave little ones as home as they can not be left unattended in the waiting area. Thank you.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS REQUIRED FROM ALL CLIENTS NO MATTER WHAT
Cancelation without 48 hrs notice will be charged 50% of the cost of the service.
No call no shows will be charged 50% of the service and will not be allowed to rebook.
Being 15 mins late is considered a cancelation and will be charged as such.
NO REFUNDS ON ANY SERVICES. Products can be returned unused in the original packaging.
